At Not Too Sweet Beverages, we take great pride in the quality of every bottle we craft. Because our products are consumable food and beverage items, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened or used products. However, your satisfaction is our top priority and we will always make things right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nottoosweetlife.com with the following:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or defective item(s)
A brief description of the issue
We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you - no need to return the damaged product.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will ship the correct item immediately or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at info@nottoosweetlife.com with your order number in the subject line.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
Opened or partially consumed products (unless defective or damaged in transit)
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout
Taste or personal preference - we encourage you to try a single bottle at one of our retailers or ordering multiple flavors (Variety Pack) before ordering in larger quantities of a single flavor
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle through your account portal or by contacting us directly. Charges already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, but your subscription will not renew going forward.
