The flavors and the name behind NOT TOO SWEET came from our previous business, a gourmet Taco Shop we called World Bites Kafe.
Culinary Fusion
It's founder Peter Miletich, a self-taught chef after spending decades in the food and beverage industry created his own food concept. The idea was…let's use flavors from around the world and put them inside of a taco.
Everyone loves Tacos, right!
We needed drink concoctions that were just as innovative and flavorful, that went along with these taco creations.
Herbal Infusions
So, we took herbs and botanicals and we steeped, and we brewed. The people loved the fact that our drinks were low in sugar, and because we used herbs and botanicals had many health benefits as well. What we got in the end was infused lemonades and tea creations, that made our customers smile and always say "not too sweet".
