Thank you for shopping with Not Too Sweet Beverages! We are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) - Rate calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) - Rate calculated at checkout
Free Standard Shipping - Available on all orders over $50 with promotional codes within the contiguous United States
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. At this time, we do not ship internationally. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. The carrier will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery to correct address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@nottoosweetlife.com - we will do our best to update it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at info@nottoosweetlife.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nottoosweetlife.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. See our full Return & Refund Policy for additional details.
